We've lived in the Pyrmont for over 4 years. The concierge and management team are easily the best aspect of living in the building. They do an amazing job, keep the building in tip top condition, and foster a fantastic community feel. We will miss Josie and her team dearly. Josie and her team consistently go above and beyond to provide assistance. They never fail to greet you with warm smile and wave, such a display of respect and courtesy. They also pay great attention to detail especially in security and cleanliness of the entire building
Josie and her team is superb at what they do. They make your living in the building feels like home. Josie is very professional and amazing at what she does. Any building or home related questions you can ask her and she will have the answers for it.
