Very unprofessional. Owners boyfriend was in the shop at time of service & RUDE! Sometimes you don't know who's hair you can be doing. HUMBLE YALLSELVES! He lucky I aint send my boyfriend back. Wasn't treated with the right customer service at all. The only good thing was the outcome of my hair. That was very pretty. But even that was ridiculous because when it was time to do my ends with the extreme boiling hot water she did not even use a towel for all the excess water that was dripping.
