Fantastically prepared food, we didn't have to wait on a Monday morning but have no problem waiting for over an hour for a seat as it is worth every second. Neck Bone gravy and Octopuss are favorites but the specials are awesom as well. Raviolo with black truffles was out of this world.
This place as all the reviews say, is top notch! The experience this service the food! It is amazing We do not come to Chicago without coming to the purple pig Make sure you are hungry! Also if you like wine be sure to ask your server to help you pair! Just an amazing experience

The food was excellent! We did drinks, meat platter and cheese. Our server was very knowledgeable. Meat platter came wit more meat than the 4 of us could finish, however, as delicious as the cheeses were, we were disappointed with the portions of cheese especially because the meat platter came with sooo much. Highly recommend !
