I had heard lots of mixed reviews and was very hesitant however I was extremely pleased with the service! Bella seemed to be less stressed than when I pick her up from the big box places and that means a lot for me. And Karen did a great job on her cut :) thank you for getting us in ESP the week of Christmas

Karen has been grooming my dog for years. She is a very good at grooming the animals. she has the most wonderful personality and very concerned about all animals.
Awesome experience! They were very nice and great with our dogs and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back!
