The food was excellent, but the customer service was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The staff had no sense of how to treat customers professionally. I came for a pickup order, and instead of acknowledging me or politely saying “excuse me,” the girls working there kept chatting among themselves and showed a lot of attitude. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to Raman. She is extremely polite, friendly, and professional. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and ensured that everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her excellent customer service truly enhanced our dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was excellent. I had an Aloo Parantha and Samosas. I do feel like this is more of a takeaway joint, but lots of people rotated in and out while had my food. My one annoyance was they used the TV as the sound system so it was turned up and it would not be conducive to conversations. That being said if you are in the area I would definitely stop by.
I have visited this place many times in the past, but after returning for breakfast recently, I was extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly—from the food and service to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was bland and lacked flavour.
