I usually try not to post poorly on a company website. I hate leaving negative reviews but after our experience with Pugh, I feel like I need to make other possible tenants aware of what we went through. From the beginning there were issues. A few days before move in, we were told that the storage shed that was in the backyard was not part of the deal. If you’re looking to lease a home from this outfit I’d recommend you go elsewhere. Horrible experience from day one. I’ll start at the reason I had to move. Our lease was coming time for renewal and we received a notice on our door looking and sounding like an eviction. We were never once late on a payment even through the lockdown and both incomes being unemployed for 2 months.
