John is excellent - professional, responsive, friendly, and always manages to handle difficult situations with a smile. I trust him completely, and I know he cares a lot about The Publix community and residents. The building itself is also very well-maintained, and the other tenants are respectful and friendly. It's definitely one of the best rental experiences I've ever had.
I've been a tennant for 15 months and had a very positive experience recently with the leasing agents. There was a miscommunication with my animal care while I was away on extended vacation and the leasing agent realized that my cat had not been fed for a period of time. They helped coordinate care with a neighbor I knew and let me know what their plan was. They also helped pass along my keys to another friend who decided to help cat-sit during this period of time.
