From Chris at reception who is helpful, friendly and welcoming to Helen who is professional, caring and always able to provide guidance on navigating even the toughest of days. Thank you team for the past 10 years on the journey on my proactive mental health care and the kindness from the team.
What a Disgraceful practice, money 💰 focused, zero focus on mental health. No skills with real mental health problems.. They are focused on money, and then every time call quarter of the way into your hour, and refuse to apologise, like its Toni's right, and you have no rights to Customer Service or any decency, and then tell You the Customer you are the problem. ohh wait Toni the Directors skill is the call the police on you. WARNING ⚠️ CHOOSE ANOTHER CLINIC
We have enjoyed the benefits of this wonderful service and their psychologists, particularly Bronwyn Dooley. My son has thrived because of this practice and what Bronwyn has achieved.
