I don’t have any complaints. We came in and gave my info. Sat and waited to be called back. It didn’t take but 15 or 20 minutes even. Went back talked to the doctor and he spoke with my future wife for a few moments. Then we were complete. I thanked him for his military service then headed back home.
The staff members are very rude & disrespectful. My son had an appointment that was scheduled over a month in advance, I requested for that day off work a month in advance. Mind you I’m a single mom who works a lot to make ends meet. They called me the day of not even an hour in advance to cancel the appointment. I had to call them 2-3 times asking to reschedule before I finally got a call back. I was not able to make it to the rescheduled appointment because I couldn’t get off work. Let me tell you what a sad and unprofessional place this was for me today (12/12/2024)! First appointment was great! By the second appointment, AWFUL! I had a flat tire and my husband aired it up before we left. I called and told them what happened and they said if I can make it by 10:15 then I’ll be good to go. I made it by 10:16 and they let my daughter go back with the first psychiatrist. As I was filling out my daughter’s paperwork, my daughter and the psychiatrist came out. I've had two children assessed here and they've been wonderful. We didn't have a very good experience with Mosaic and I definitely prefer this one. Although I love their old house office, I'm glad they're moving because the air conditioning was not sufficient.
