Terrible builder, poor construction. I bought a townhome from TPG back in 2019 and have interior hardwood floor damage/rotting from water leaks during rain. The exterior doors/windows weren't properly installed or caulked and this has led to significant damage inside which TPG doesn't cover. I've heard the same from other residents in my complex. Don't buy from them. Beware!! They don't stand behind thier shoddy product/construction.
