Poppy was brilliant, great conversation and helped me get the exact look I was going for! Will deffinetly be coming back.
Very disappointing experience. My daughter spent around $300–$350 at this salon to get her hair coloured pink and blonde, but the pink colour started fading within just a few days and was almost completely gone within a week. It hasn’t even been a month, and the colour is already gone. She used suitable hair care products to maintain the colour, so naturally, we expected much better results for the amount of money she paid. I hate to say this, but we had a terrible visit here. I have never left a negative Google review before this, but here I go. I decided to book an appointment for my kids first hair cut here, because she loves ponies and unicorn obviously. Ha. The price was steep when I booked it, but I was willing to pay the price to give my kid the best first haircut! They knew a kid was coming in, as I booked it as a kids cut.
