Too bad I can’t give a zero. Unprofessional, unresponsive and rude. Make false claims and do not follow through on their word.
Very unprofessional and quite unethical in the way they insist on paying an application fee before they want to bother with showing you a property. it's like they assume you have bad credit or can't afford what you are looking at. I assure neither is the case here and I will not be using this firm to Rent or Purchase any property
Every negative review is extremely accurate. Just horrible management and lackluster concern for tenants. Property Manager NEVER EVER in 1 year and a half showed up at property while my family lived there. Bogus charges on move out. I am a military member who will be engaging with my Area Defense Counsel on legal advise.
