I’d give zero if I could. They never call proper places to fix things, always just EVENTUALLY send one of their maintenance men to put a bandaid on the issue. I rented a house from them that had electrical issues that they never fixed, never called an electrician. Just kept changing the one outlet they kept making the entire kitchen go without power and ruin all my food in the fridge.
