Makes unathorized repairs, our contract clearly states no more then $500.00 without permission and her spent over $3000.00 on reapirs. He took down my expensive wood shutters instead of repairing them and replaced with cheap plastic blinds after I told him in writing not to do that. I have been with him for 2 months now and have not received any money for rent for either month. I do not recommend him to anyone. He is not quick to respond to text messages and doesn't communicate well in general.
Angel has been wonderful from the beginning. From the first moments of meeting him, he has such a friendly and positive attitude! This alone makes you very comfortable to work with him. His communication has been stellar since day one which has definitely made us feel at ease. Moving in has been exceptional, and all problems were pretty much handled quickly in less than 24 hours. From the time we viewed the spot, the communication with management has been stellar! We moved in and there were some issues and Angel was so helpful. Within a day we had a solution for most everything. Only complaints is that it seemed the condo didn’t have a proper cleaning before as there is still stuff from the previous tenant. Luckily management is working on that as well! We are very happy with our decision here!
