Just a suggestion, record and document every interaction with this property management company and provide it to the BBB and an attorney if needed. Do not feel provoked or belittled by how unprofessional they are. They will try to make threats and cut you off so they don't have to provide services. Don't forget they are supposed to be there to help. There are many landlords that are courteous and remain professional, this management company is not one of them. Haven’t had a working dryer in over 6 weeks with zero communication from The Property Manager. Also very rude on the phone and cuts you off without being able to voice your concerns.
If I could give negative stars, I would. If at all possible, DO NOT use this company! Shalene is PAINFULLY unprofessional. Screwed me as a tenant out of $1,000 minimum. Seldom in the office. Homeowners, don’t be represented by this travesty of a company. Tenants, plan to be severely disappointed.
Everyone has always been great. Good communication as well. Can’t thank you enough for the 5 years!
