I have worked with Matt Gimball and the Property Management firm multiple times over the last decade. Very professional, prompt and overall a great experience from Matt as well as Cheryl. Fast, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the PM firm and would recommend them to my family and friends if they were looking for someone to manage and or list a property as well as if they were in need of a rental. 10/10 experience all 3 times over the last 10 years!
Honestly just read the rest of the reviews on here. They’re completely accurate. Horrible customer service, everytime you call a lady named Cheryl answers and she sounds like she hated her job and like you’re bothering her by calling to ask questions about the rentals. You have to be on them to just get answers and know what’s going on with your application. It’s not a flexible company at all since they’re not willing to work with you. Do yourself a favor & save your money.
SCAM FOR APPLICATION FEES. This company will drag on their listings for as long as possible to rack up their $75 application fees. I spoke to Sheryl over the course of 3 weeks, with her informing me that each time they would let us know by 2-3 days max. Then changing the deadline every time we called. They ended up giving it to another applicant with us being the second choice. They gave the applicant 24 hours as they had informed us, and we called after the holidays to check up and they ended up giving him "extra time" whic... read more
