Absolutely terrible experience with this “company”. They have zero customer service skills. From being unresponsive to simply providing condescending replies, they couldn’t care less. They seem to just want to make a quick buck. As you can see for your own, they will never answer the phone, NEVER. It takes weeks or months to get email answers from them. They seem to have had some snappy replies to the very true reviews here on google. For that, the owner will reply to.
We have had a terrible experience with the Property Collective managing our house in the Beaches. As we are non-residents, our contract with them indicated that they would withhold the required tax from us and submit it to the CRA. Well, they withheld it from us but the CRA has not received it. This could be a clerical error but unfortunately the company will not respond to any calls or emails, or rectify the error, so we are wondering if they have intentionally kept these funds. I have 2 properties needing a company to manage rental. Found this company on Google. Tried their number, can’t reach anyone. Saw their address on the website so I went there. Surprising it is owned by a insurance company. The reception there told me straight up that this company is a scam, there are people coming to their location often with money scammed and asking where the actual company is. Wow glad I found this out
