The condos ac doesn’t work and infested with roaches. Please do not rent from anyone who owns these properties. They will ghost you once you give a deposit and rent
Great view from top floor. Next to Broad museumSmack in the middle of Disney, music center etc. surrounded by cultural venues and abundant eateries.
If one is passing though this place delivering items, which is what I was doing, it can be difficult to find parking. However, the day I went it was a slow Sunday and the concierge told me to park in the curved driveway so I did. He also lent me rolling rack of sorts so that I could carry the groceries I was delivering from Instacart with ease.
