The Management & Maintenance Staff are Courteous, Professional and sincerely care about YOU!!
I have lived here for just about a month now and I love it already. I have moved into several different apartments throughout my time in college and the promenade exceeds all the others. My building is always clean and smells good along with the elevator and stairs. Management is always willing to help if I have any questions and keeps residents in the loop. Not to mention all of my neighbors have been super friendly. I really recommend the promenade if you are looking for a quiet but friendly environment!!
We have had a very positive experience here. Very quiet, spotless building, friendly neighbors and all this while moving in during social distancing. We feel very comfortable and at “home” here. Cleaning lady cleaning each day. You can smell the cleanliness in the elevator and lobby. Helps make us feel secure while sheltering in place. Watch your back! Moved out in November of 2018 because I got orders from the military to deploy. Over a year later I randomly get a call from a collections agency saying I owe them over 3k for December and January rent. Tried to explain I had moved out in November. All they did was bully and threaten me. Tried to reach out to the Promonade and they just ignored my emails. Their only compromise was pay us or we will ruin your credit. Office staff let 2 packages containing $120,000.00 worth of medicine sit in the office with out saying anything. This medicine had to be refrigerated! It says it ALL OVER THE BOX BUT THEY IGNORED IT. They even signed for the package and let it sit there.... I asked to speak with a manger and my request was denied... no apology was made, zero follow up was made, and no compensation was given.... the office staff dose not care about its tenants....
