Staffing and maintenance is amazing , been living here for a while and had NO issues. If i need any maintenance they come right away ! Love the team !
I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing office staff at this apartment complex. These past few weeks have been hectic with the rollout of the new portal, but every time I walk into the office, I’m greeted with nothing but smiles and genuine helpfulness. The ladies here go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. NEVER move to this place, before making the contract they treat you in a way and then when you move they don't even give you the apartment in good condition, even with dirty and damaged things. The treatment of the administration staff is the worst I have seen, they treat you with arrogance as if you were a nuisance when they are there to SOLVE the problems of the tenants, not to cause more problems. I have never had any problems in the places I have lived and here I have 1 month and it has been the worst.
