Several times we've had the carpet and subflorring removed due to water damages. They of course raised rent and refused to look into any structural damages or preventative measures.

I am currently a resident here and I wish I would have done more research. The apartments are poorly kept, I have put in multiple requests to fix the AC in my unit, however the bedroom still receives no AC. The lawn maintenance crews clean the parking lot by blowing in all the trash and leaves into the floor level patios. And for the cherry on top, one of the amenities you pay for is the pool however it is always closed without notice.
⸻ This property is getting worse every day. I gave my 9-month Notice to Vacate due to poor management. The managers rarely walk the property—there’s trash left outside apartments for weeks, and people aren’t picking up after their pets. It’s clear the staff doesn’t care, and it’s embarrassing to have family visit with the amount of garbage left from an eviction two days ago still sitting out front.
