I've recently moved in and the leasing office staff have been great.
Touring here is a complete pain in the ass. I did the tour24 app. Barely was functioning properly. And there was only a 2 bed model when i wanted a 1 bd. Could not get into see fitness center. And the Tour24 parking spot was taken by a resident and as I was trying to access the gym a gentleman pulls up directly behind my vehicle in a golf cart blocking me stating the tour24 parking was for his golf cart. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.
I truly wish I could write a better review, but unfortunately my experience with the management team has been extremely disappointing. First, I want to sincerely thank the maintenance staff. They are kind, respectful, and hardworking. Every time we submitted a maintenance request, they responded professionally and did their best to resolve the issue.
