The Bloody Pig was Awesome, great presentation. The shaved pickles with Fried Pork belly great visuals( a touch of salt and pepper would knock it out the Park). I had the CBR quesadilla great starter. The chicken great smokey taste. The ranch was good with a tang in the background. There is a variety of BBQ sauces, that is color coded with descriptions of flavor profile. Alabama white was my favorite( try it with CBR). My dinner buddy had the ½half chicken with a side of ribs. Very friendly and efficient staff. Food aways delicious
A must stop whenever you’re in the area between South Bend and Elkhart Indiana. We’ve been in twice and have never had a bad meal/ experience. The most tender pulled pork cooked to perfection, plenty of bbq sauce selections and tasty sides.
Tried the Prized Pig for the first time 3 weeks ago and have been here 3 times since. Everything we've tried is phenomenal but the nachos are to. die. for. And we keep coming back for more! The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is great. We'll keep coming back again and again.
