I highly recommend Elevate Health & Performance. Hector Bones, the founder and owner, welcomed me with open arms several years ago. He made me feel welcomed, assessed my goals, and matched me with a trainer who could best serve my needs. The facility that he has created is unpretentious and welcoming. As someone who has not done any formal exercise in decades, i was quite intimidated to start. Elevate's owner Hector and the Personal trainer assigned Desmond Brennan quickly put those fears to rest. Elevate was gracious enough to include a package as an auction item to support our local graduate hospital school. After we won, he promptly reached out for a general meeting to discuss goals. Amazing gym with a welcoming community and knowledgeable staff! Hector made me feel at home with his expertise in exercises and workouts tailored to all fitness levels. While interning in Philadelphia over the summer, I needed a place to strength train in the evenings, and Emma was incredibly accommodating, making it easy to stick to my workout routine. The Saturday small group workouts were a highlight—an excellent way to meet people and stay motivated. I can’t recommend this place enough!
