Horrible !!!! I drove all the way to cutler bay , when supposed to be open when you look for this place. No one answer the phone that is in the website to call or text and make an appt . Call more than 10 times . Really bad customer service !

I went to this place for princess brunch, it was too crowded every family had at least 4 members. It was not well organized. The friendliest princess was Jasmine. We waited in line for each princess to get hair and nails done and since there were so many people and some even ended up cutting the lines because it was not well prepared, we couldn’t even purchase a tiara because it sold out. Don't waste your money! They never pick up the phone we paid $70 for each child (3 in total). Looking for the address that we had no idea it was inside the mall we were like 30 mins late because address instructions are not clear and we literally walked the entire mall until we saw it, I called, texted, even sent messages and comments on Instagram to see if anyone could guide us to get there but they NEVER ANSWERED ME.
