Every seal (in bldg apts windows) is busted so dust, dirt & moisture between the panes & very noisy even people talking in the parking lot let alone anything louder. End of Oct '24 & windows STILL not changed. It would also make sense to put water heater in a round deep tub so when one bursts, the apts below don't get flooded! ******Amenities such as pool, family party room & new gym not opened - even once allowed by the Gov't covid protocol. This building should be avoided at all costs. The conditions inside are appalling. To add insult to injury, they have recently implemented a parking fee for visitors, a policy that is unheard of in this neighborhood and in St. Catharines. Moreover, the building itself is in a state of disrepair. The swimming pool has not been operational for the past three years and is filled with filthy water. New Management couple in the building after their arrival in Summer 2022, making this place worse to live, they both are racists against the black and brown people, their attitude is disgusting and unacceptable towards the non white people, is it a equal rights Canada for which we immigrated from Nigeria. Our maintenance requests are dealt with the neglected way and the management lady shouts on someone with a color. Q-Residentail management should review their policies and train their staff for a better customer service.
