My waxer Natalie was THE BEST! I hadn’t gotten a brazilian in a while after not-so-great experiences elsewhere, and I was dreading the effort it would take to find a new waxer who genuinely made me feel comfortable, but I finally took my chances and I couldn’t be happier! Very terrible customer service. You’d think a smaller, locally owned business would actually care about customer experience — but clearly not here. The woman working was rude, condescending, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I’ll be taking my business to European Wax Center from now on and will be recommending that everyone I know do the same. Don’t waste your time or money here. Their motto is “Experience the Difference,” and trust me — you absolutely will… just not in a good way.
