I just moved in, but wanted to shout out maintenance! Kenrick's been super friendly and personable every time I've talked to him. Whenever I see him, he makes sure to ask me if everything is good in my apartment, which I appreciate. He's was quick to respond to the first request I put in and called before coming up to give me a heads up he's on his way (ace move). In the 2ish years of living here, I have almost no complaints! I love the big windows, the promptness and attentiveness of the maintenance and leasing staff, the great water pressure, the almost total absence of bugs/mice, the frequent hallway cleanings, the soundproof walls, and the safety! Everyone who lives here and works here is kind and the pizza place next door is a bonus, as well as the beautiful sunset over the city seen from the top floor of the parking garage!
