I've lived at the Preston for 3.5 years. There are great features of this building. The parking lot and garage, in-house gym, and location near 76 and Roosevelt Blvd are definite perks. They also add new amenities to the building, including a sauna this year. Julie, the leasing agent, is very accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. Kenrick, maintenance extraordinaire, is prompt, communicative, and kind. It's a pleasure to see both of them around the building!
Have lived all over Philly, this is the best building with the best staff. No notes.
This is the most charming building ! Everyone is so nice and helpful, maintenance comes immediately when you put in a request, it's a great place to live.
