My experience with Del Via Apartments (Presidium) Austin TX has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a real estate professional, I value communication, accountability, and follow-through and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Presidium Waterford is spectacular — so clean with a true hotel feel. The finishes are honestly the best in the entire area. Management has excellent communication and top-tier customer service, and maintenance is quick and efficient. I truly cannot recommend this community enough. If you’re considering it, don’t wait — lease while they still have availability!
Your response is unacceptable. How do we reach out if your teams do not answer the phone? How do we reach out if you do not provide an email to contact? How do we reach out if we submit a form through your website and do not respond?
Ironcrest apartments with Byron and his team don’t pay there vendors and constantly make excuses or don’t respond. Corporate has been contacted with no response as well. If you can’t pay there vendors I can’t imagine you treat your customers. It’s truly sad you think you can get away with what you do. I just know your response to this review if you do write one will be unhelpful and provide no contact information and will remain unresolved to. Customers and vendors beware of this company… 90 days later and no response.
