Always excellent assistance and counsel from Jason
As a current resident, I can say this building is quiet, nice, and has a great maintenance team. Not to mention, as others pointed out, Jason is awesome. On the negative side, there have been periodic problems with fire alarms, and I was just offered a renewal at a 14% rent increase. This amount would be illegal almost anywhere in California and is almost 10 times what is legal in San Francisco, but the Presidio has its own rules. You should factor in this kind of potential increase when you consider an apartment here.
As a current resident, I can say this building is quiet, nice, and has a great maintenance team. Not to mention, as others pointed out, Jason is awesome. Fire alarms have been a problem in the past, but as of 2/19/25 it has been around 7-8 weeks since the last alarm so it seems like that has probably been addressed.
Jay was super helpful in answering questions about this property and the units.
Jason has a rare mix of kindness and professionalism. The property is amazing and his good vibes are contagious.
