Building and apartment have had serious maintenance issues over the past ~2 years, including dirty drinking water, leaks, sewage issues, multiple broken appliances, pests, no heat, and broken fire alarms that frequently go off in the middle of the night for no reason. Bonito lugar y buen ambiente
I deleted my previous review as we were just notified the Presidio Trust will be taking over management as part of Presidio Residences. Edit: there are frequent, extremely loud to the point of damaging hearing, false fire alarms. Our new management is also not taking the issue seriously. This is incredibly disruptive and dangerous. I’m sure many residents have physically disabled the alarms in their units to make this issue possible to live with. DO NOT RENT in this building. They underwent an owner transition from Brookfield to Presidio Trust in Nov/Dec 2025, and it has been a TERRIBLE experience living in this building since then. All the 4.5+ great ratings are for the older owner and management - do not get mis-led by that.
