Hi, Jason gave us a great tour of Presidio Landmark. He was very knowledgeable, diligent and patient. It was a very useful tour and highly recommended for anyone considering a rental at this property.
Worst building management ever. Building is falling apart. Multiple leaks, mold, plumbing issues and broken washing machines in apartment and shared machines in building. Management lack of prompt response to repair, fix or communicate. Takes multiple emails and calls to get any response. And they are increasing rent substantially. Find other choices, do not live here. Concierge team is amazing!
Disgusting Move-In Experience and No Support From Property Managers I've always loved living here (current resident since 2023), but, unfortunately, the service has declined significantly over time. We recently moved to another unit within the building and were shocked by its condition on move-in day.
