Be ready for a deep financial inquiry, they seem to think I your buying a house. Nice quiet place otherwise, they definitely have a lot of amenities and about 5 apartments young enough to use them fwiw
We have lived at the Presidential for four years with two children and have been very happy here. Well maintained facility with a gorgeous pool and convenient gym and recreation center. Close walk to Linden park and high quality apartments. Well managed and tended by owners and staff. Highly recommend!
Far too few spaces for handicap parking!!! The simple solution is to put in a ramp off the parking deck, then all the spaces are handicap accessible. Beautiful building, spacious apartments but they need to make this simple upgrade!
