We have lived at the Presidential for four years with two children and have been very happy here. Well maintained facility with a gorgeous pool and convenient gym and recreation center. Close walk to Linden park and high quality apartments. Well managed and tended by owners and staff. Highly recommend!
Far too few spaces for handicap parking!!! The simple solution is to put in a ramp off the parking deck, then all the spaces are handicap accessible. Beautiful building, spacious apartments but they need to make this simple upgrade!
Clean safe well run
It’s a very quiet place and offers great amenities! I definitely enjoyed how the property is tucked away from the city setting and you can enjoy what nature have to offer. Shirley showed wonderful hospitality and gave me a tour of how everyday living here is. I’m hoping to make this place my new home in the future.
