If I could give 0 stars I would.Worst place to live. STAY AWAY!!! cockroaches everywhere, the laundry room is a site to see. The one place that is supposed to feel clean is always filled with moldy water you have to walk through to wash your clothes. You're lucky if all the machines work half the time they dont. The front office is a nightmare, they are all attitude filled and quick to be not helpful. They have no systems in place. I applied for a apartment and upon denial I was told that I would get my administration fee back I applied on August 3rd and its 3 weeks later and 4 phone calls and now its the end of the month and I still have not received it I was told it was mailed to my address on the 17th of August that it was in the mail I waited a week and no refund and I was told today that a check was cut today by ******* the Manager Ive been told 3x that my money was sent I still have not received it I will file court proceedings.

DO *** LIVE HERE! At best it was a hassle to live here and at it's worse it was absolutely deplorable and unlivable conditions. I lived here for 3+ years and in the beginning with the application process I had to call and e-mail several times to set up a time to pick up keys after putting my deposit down. I should have seen that as a red flag, but I was in rush to secure a new apartment in a new town. Visitor parking is always a hassle and the tow trucks are constantly on patrol, it improved slightly when they went to digita... read more

After read a lot of review and never expected to experience for myself.1. We have called twice and left voicemail to call back for our **** in the apartment but non response to our request. We were freezing to death this morning. We just moved jn for 2 weeks and heater is not working at all. No fan nothing. Until now still now response. I have to pay apartment maintenance fee every month. 2. The smell of the hallway full of marijuana and smoking. I thought that they are bow allowed to smoke in the building. 3.
