Critical: Professionalism I would not recommend these apartments. I didn’t even get to view one. I am solely not recommending these based off of the customer service which is the very first thing I saw. I stopped by to take a tour, when I was walking up to the door it did not say you had to have an appointment. Please feel free to PM me about my full thoughts on Winchester Crossing. Many of the positive reviews posted here are only because of a lease-incentive offer that was conveniently timed to boost online reputation on the same day that a double homicide took place. Management was non-responsive and difficult while I was a resident and now continues to be actively hostile as they are trying to assess charges on utilities no longer in my name. So glad to have moved on.
Leadership team and property management company are true professionals. They care about the residents and quality of the property.
