Ladies are Fantastic and willing to go the extra mile!!!
I paid the $299 application fee, I am moving to another apartment, ultimately not the Private Reserve at Willow Springs. I have yet to receive my refund that is promised and guaranteed if you do not move in. It has been several months and I haven’t even received an update even after checking in. It is the principle and it’s unacceptable. I usually do not leave reviews but for this I am. I tried to resolve things privately and there has been no resolution or update. I would not choose to move here after this experience alone.
