Apartment staff in the front office is extremely rude. No communication can be done with them about solving issues without being spoken to like you’re a piece of trash. There has been an ottoman outside of our apartment building for a month now not moved, and it’s only a few meters away from the trash. In response to the response I got from these apartments.
