Sonya in the office is an angel! Sonya & Liisa go above & to beyond every day to make you feel at home. By far this is the best customer service in the area. Our apartment is spacious & perfect!!! 7 months later.... The management team here is incredible! An HVAC unit needed to be replaced. Corporate had it removed & installed in a timely manner with Chris on the Maintenance Team's supervison. The screen name is used for personnel protection reasons. The apartment complex is A-1 in my book. The staff is courteous, friendly and takes care of maintenance details quickly. Very pleased with my apartment and enjoying living at West View
I lived here for 3 years and overall had a great experience. The leasing office staff were always friendly and professional. Maintenance was pretty good. They were always quick to address larger or more serious problems, which I really appreciated. Smaller issues though, sometimes didn’t get the same attention but would eventually get resolved. Terrible place to live. The air conditioning is always out. The washing machine broke and took 3 months to get replaced(which had to be move by my son’s truck). They are rude and unprofessional. The whole three years he’s lived there he hasn’t been able to enjoy the air conditioning for more than 2 months. Also they will just pop up unannounced in the apartment without him being there
Apartments and grounds are kept in excellent condition. Work request or work orders are responded to immediately. Located near Wade Hampton Blvd with a wide variety of restaurants and multiple grocery stores within a few miles. Staff is friendly and courteous. This is a pet friendly complex. However, they make sure that those of us without pets do not have to deal with droppings or animals running loose in the complex. They host barbecues and activities for tenants on a regular basis. This is a very Nice place to call home.
