Los peores apartamentos donde e vivido, me mudé en enero 2025 y mi contrato terminó en mayo 3 de 2026 ahora que ya me mudaré a otro lugar ello están tratando de cobrarme 700 dólares. One of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT trust what the office tells you verbally — get EVERYTHING in writing. This apartment complex is extremely misleading and dishonest. I was told my lease-break fee would only be one month of rent, then after moving out they suddenly sent me almost $3,000 in extra charges for a “free month” I never agreed to and was never properly informed about. I do NOT recommend living here. Those guys don’t even deserve one Be extremely careful before signing a lease with this apartment complex. They are very misleading and not transparent at all. The lease is over 60 pages long, and unless you read every single line very carefully, you may end up dealing with hidden charges and surprises later. I am not coming back to this condominium. There is no one available to answer the PHONE, and no one is able to resolve our problems. They keep BILING us incorrectly; they are completely unprofessional. I have never been RIPPED off by a condominium like this in my entire LIFE!!!!!!
