Just took a job down in this area and we were looking for an affordable place to live by the water. We went with a friend to check out here because she was moving into here. I toured a few units and THIS PLACE WAS IT. The staff was so friendly and they just made the experience so easy and welcoming. They even surprised us with a bottle of chilled wine when we came to move in! I’m so so happy we picked this place!
Stunning property with a fun, professional, knowledgeable staff! Aisy, the Property Manager was extremely friendly and helpful - you can tell she really loves her job, residents, and has a passion for what she does! I’ve lived in a lot of different apartments and single family homes, and this complex and it’s on-site staff take the cake!
Beautiful complex with such a friendly staff! I walked in and was automatically greeted and welcomed by the property manager Aisy and she was amazing! I lived at a lot of different apartments and this one has stood out the best. Looking forward to coming back for good!
Trying to get a new house and they gave me a horrible renting history and I haven’t done nothing to deserve this ! Now I’m stuck here without a place to go and only 2weeks left the office staff are really nasty and they are racists !!! I was harassed on Xmas eve on a holiday about resigning and I told them to stop texting and Dillion kept texting me that’s harassment! I've lived here for a month now and I love everything about Preserve, my apartment is absolutely beautiful, my cat loves the balcony, it's wonderful to come out on deck and see your neighbors and they all say hello or good morning.
They do not assist their tenants with issues of health or safety. Hazardous environment.
