Beautiful property, safe and comfortable living! Did I mention the management team? They are the BEST! Friendly, caring and always ready to help when needed, Andrew goes above and beyond for his community members. The Preserve at Pine Valley is a Wilmington gem! Love it!

Got rid of a great employee and does not care about turning our water off for 4 days 5 hrs each day !!!! I have a baby and it's very hard to function without water ! I'm so over this place !!!!
