I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding level of service from the leasing team at the Preseve at Owings Crossing Apt. In particular, I would like recognize Dani for her attentiveness, courteous, friendliness and professionalism throughout the entire leasing process.
Run down apartments, extremely poor maintenance, and overpriced. That's just for starters. So many neighbors keep leaving. I'm next.
I'm fairly new here in The Preserves but my experience is great, it's very quiet my neighbors seems really nice. I love it here thus far.
I'm not sure why I originally thought there were benches and tables when we first moved here. I think there never were, though. The kids' playground is a little too close to the dog park in my opinion. A terrible marijuana smell occasionally permeates in the hallways and sometimes walking behind the buildings. The gym is adequately equipped, though the few times I've gone there hasn't been soap in the bathroom. As far as neighbors go, they're decent, but can be very loud. If I could leave 0 stars I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD. Since moving here in 2022, my partner and I have experienced a major pest issue. First it was mice in which we had to throw away so much of my daughter’s clothes who was 1 at the time due to urine from the mice and droppings. It was so bad to the point the mice did not care who was around or the time of day because they were coming out regardless. My daughter and I did not want to move around in our own apartment.
