I’ve lived in this community for the past two years in a one-bedroom apartment, and unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill significantly over that time. The property is consistently unclean, with trash and pet waste frequently left around the grounds. Maintenance requests take far longer than they should, and the explanation I’ve repeatedly heard—that there’s always a “new maintenance team”—has been ongoing for quite a while. This is MOVE IN CONDITION. This is how they expect you to move into their apartments. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Utterly disgusting. And naturally they don't show you the unit you are to rent, they show you a nice clean one, then you sign the lease AND THEN YOU'RE SHOWN WHAT A MESS YOU GET. No apologies. No reimbursement. Tacky overpriced landlord special apartments. There's constantly dog poop everywhere on the property bcs they dont keep the poop bags stocked, even though its supposed to be an included amenity. They do apartment inspections so often, like every few weeks! They have entered my apartment without warning on several occasions completely traumatizing my dog because I wasnt even home when you entered.
The entire process from beginning to end was perfection. The application itself was self-explanatory and once I reached out to Peggy, she ensured everything was processed/updated within 48 hours. She was very kind in every interaction and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I look forward to seeing you when we arrive.
