I wish I could give it no stars. They “don’t allow” kids to stay in a one bedroom with their parent?? What kind of apartments are these and i think they are deleting my reviews so that say a lot
If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not even the type to ever write reviews. I applied to these apartments on June 10th. Since then I have had to reach out multiple times to get an update on the application. I have called every week and emailed. I was told on Friday the 27th Veronica would reach out to me via phone call later that day. I never got a call. I called 5 times on Monday and left a message. No response. My husband and I have lived here goin on 10 months. We enjoy living in the community. Special shout-out to Rudy for making everything so easy, and for being so kind. Also have to shout-out the maintenance team of Jose & Jose! They are so respectful of our space and home when they have stopped by to do repairs. They are very nice. Thank you!
Management is a joke. The premises are about like you'd expect at an apartment complex in an industry town. Some people are complete slobs and nobody fixes the issue. Upstairs neighbors and neighbors beside me are extremely loud and nothing is done, not even from police when it's after ten and the walls are shaking. People don't pick up after their animals, I literally watch people take their dogs out and leave the mess.
