DO NOT RENT HERE! My apartment has flooded multiple times from apartments upstairs and they did nothing. Valet trash is a Joke. That’s just another way for them to charge you for something extra. People don’t respect the trash rules. People sit trash out all hours of the day and night and the cats tear the bags and food lays on the sidewalk for weeks and you have to step on or over food and flies to get to go in and out of your apartment. So far, worst apartments I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed in the “more affordable” ones to put it nicely. To begin with, they’ll show you a model that looks NOTHING like the apartment they give you. And they rush you to sign before ever letting you see it. Yet they wanna charge so much for an ugly apartment that looks worse than northwood. From showing you white kitchen accents and new carpet and pretty flooring to giving you ugly dirty carpets, dirty old floors, and all brown and black kitchen and bathrooms. La administración da un mal servicio, a los antiguos e inclusor a los nuevos residentes, tuve una mala experiencia con Verónica la manager. Vivi 4 años y quise cambiarme de apartamento, su atención fue pésima -0, incluso uno de los tantas días que quise recibir su asesoría , primero primo la atención para entrenar a un nuevo asesor que al residente.

Excellent customer service, very good work by the maintenance workers, super efficient and punctual, at least in my apartment everything is in excellent condition, I can't complain about any service.10/10
