This place has been great, great maintenance crew on site very fast with fixing any problems that may arise. This apartment complex is gated and has a very consistent valet trash service along with being close to Garth road and having easy access to surrounding highways. Very quiet place to live & has a lot of services available to tenants.
Mrs. Veronica Medina is the best manager over her at Preseve Apartments. She is easy to talk too, and very helpful. She always makes me laugh very down to earth. Keep being who you are friend. Blessings to you from ya boy Shannon.
I absolutely love living at The Preserve at Baytown! The office staff is amazing, and the maintenance team is always on top of everything—they truly make living here easy and stress-free. The apps are super helpful, and I really enjoy the on-site activities they offer. The location is very convenient and accessible to everything in the area.
