Coming up on a year living here, I can happily say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the Newark/Pike Creek area. Up-to-date apartments, nice area, and everyone at the office is always very kind and responsive to any comments or concerns. I can't speak to all of Capano Residential, but this location and the people who work here have been nothing but excellent!
I have been renting for 3 years now, and can confidently say it has been a great experience. The apartment is spacious, newly remodeled, with plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is quiet and near some great restaurants. Building management has been very helpful and responsive to any issue I've had. The maintenance team is outstanding always handling any problems I have had quickly.
Christina and team at Perserve at Deacons Walk II are wonderful, kind and friendly. I am sorry to have to move but life goes on. Thanks so much for being awesome.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never talked with such disrespectful managers (that is when I could get a hold of someone in the office since they never answer phones or emails). The second we said we were moving out they stopped caring. Our AC unit broke during a heat wave and we were told that since we were moving out in 3 weeks we would have to wait. We still had 3 weeks left and had to live in an apartment that was 80 degrees. It was truly unacceptable. The parking lot was always a nightmare. They then charged us a f... read more
