This apartment is not good. When it was The Plantation it was, but since becoming The Preserve it has plummeted. People are always arguing, fighting, cussing each other out etc near and around our unit. The turn over rate of the staff is atrocious. The walls are paper thin, and the tenant above me stomps, and parties all throughout the night. There is NO laundry on site, and the apartments desperately need remodeling.

RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience here yesterday with Brittany Blackmon. She gave us a guided tour, allowed us to see the apartments, pool, lake and beach volleyball areas. She was so very attentive, kind, understanding and helpful. She made the application process effortless and enjoyable. First class service. I am very confident that my daughter will be taken care of while living there. Oh and she also made me a fresh pot of coffee at 3pm! That young lady deserves a raise!
Hey guys! I’ve been living here over 5 years and it’s a wonderful place to live! That being said I have a couch I’m giving away for free if anyone wants it! It’s a beige, leather loveseat still in good condition. You can PM me on here if you’re interested. Thanks and God bless!
Stayed at Plantation Apartments for 14 months waiting for our house to be completed. All the staff, office and maintenance, were responsive to all requests. Always felt safe. Thanks for a great experience.
