Still No Hot Water After 3 Requests – Unacceptable Response Time As of today, July 30, I have submitted three separate maintenance requests (Requests #737055, #737550, and #737820) about the lack of hot water in my unit. The first was submitted on July 27, and it is now three days later — the issue is still not resolved. From outside looks beautiful but once you move in it’s like!!! Ummm yea i didn’t expect this!! Moving in was easy but slowly a lot of things had to get fixed! For a newly renovated apartment a lot had to be fixed! Calling the main office is the worst they never answer! I can literally go on!! I’m still here and can not wait to leave!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here if they ask me!!! The gate coming in is always broken and trash everywhere for weeks!!! Horrible
