Good luck getting someone from the association to respond to your emails or return messages voice in a timely manner, if at all. Often takes multiple contact attempts to get a response. Often times phones arent answered during regular business hours and you are sent directly to voicemail. Nearly impossible to speak to Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager. The WORST!! I’ve been moved into my place for over a month now and still haven’t been able to get a parking pass! No one picks up their phone, no one answers emails, it’s HELL trying to get in touch with anyone, let alone the person who is supposed to be helping up get our pass.
