RecommendedFirst time at The Prescott and so impressed! One of the best steaks we’ve ever had, waiter was amazing, great atmosphere and new dining experience for Kernersville. Will definitely be back!

We love The Prescott! All dishes were amazing! This is definitely a new place for us. We loved the previous restaurant at this location and was worried it would not compare, but we were wrong. They did not disappoint! Favorite Dishes - PAMLICO SOUND SHRIMP, BEEF MEDALLION appetizers and SEAFOOD RISOTTO entree. This is a "must try" if you are looking for a nice night out. Reservations suggested.

We had a wonderful, relaxing, delicious brunch Easter 2019, with our college aged Granddaughter who is in school nearby. We are from another state and like to try new and different eateries and The Prescott did not disappoint!
Kernersville doesn’t have anything close to this. The staff is classy, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the food is to die for. You will not be sorry for visiting this gem.
This restaurant is a breath of fresh air! The service and ambiance is what you'd expect from an upscale restaurant. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. The food....ohhh the food was out of this world. We have travelled all over the world and this meal could rival any Michelin restaurant we have eaten at. A gem in such a small town. Dietary concerns were honored with great care. I had coffee at a restaurant for the first time since they had almond milk. Amazing...just amazing!
The food and service is outstanding! I had the seafood risotto, preceded by the Caesar salad and everything was delicious and you got enough food to be satisfied! A huge improvement over their predecessor.
