Roach friendly property, roach infestation, especially in Buildings 2, 4, 6, 16, and 19. Management refuses to take meaningful action to address the conditions and often provides inconsistent or misleading information when concerns are raised. Long-term tenants quickly become irrelevant, and ongoing habitability issues are dismissed rather than resolved. I would not recommend this complex to anyone, especially families.
Amy at the Prescott location of MAA. Is very knowledgeable and very nice. I really loved the unit she showed me. I told her what I was looking for and she took me straight to the unit which is perfect for what I need. I look forward to moving into the MAA Prescott apartments. I do believe that there should be something put in place if you have a discharged bankruptcy. Of course thats looked at as bad credit but I if you are starting over with know current outstanding bills its not fair. I do understand however I dont feel it... read more
