If you work from home do not choose this community. The wifi is terrible. This is the third outage we've had this month alone. You have no choice but to choose their provider Spectrum and there are constant outages.

Please be aware their maintenance doesn't properly caulk the bathrooms and lead to my unit having a springtail infestation. not worth the price. staff and service are great! note for those maintaining. don't just slap another layer on!
