So, almost missed this place because I ALMOST listened to some of the negative reviews. Glad I decided I could make my own mind up. This place is top notch. not only found a great jeep at a good price the service was excellent. 2 weeks after I took it home we had our 1st big rain and I discovered I had a leak in my soft top. Called the guys up and with no questions asked I was given a brand new soft top. They installed it while I waited and even fixed a problem with my door that I hadn't even noticed yet. I have never been treated better!!!!!!!!!!! Every car lot I go to they take one look at me (Tiny, Asian and a woman) and they try to talk to me like I'm a little kid or like I have never even SEEN a car before! It's so frustrating!! I went up there last Saturday and I was greeted by a woman! She (Liz) was great! She told me she understood how I felt and told me I didn't have to worry about it happening here, and I didn't! This place was absolutely amazing! If you are within a 200 mile radius, don't even bother going anywhere else! It is a one stop Jeep store! Not only do they have tons of models to choose from, they sell all of the parts and do all of the servicing in-store! They even just started carrying the AEV line!!! This place was great. Super helpful staff and a very wide selection of really nice Jeeps. It was very hot when we were out looking for our Jeep and one of the young ladies on the staff brought us out a cold water complete with a free koozie! Talk about service! We test drove 5 different Jeeps during our visit and all of them seemed to be in very good condition. When we found the one we wanted to make an offer on, they were very reasonable and even let us do a tire swap for free. I have never seen that in a dealership but it ... read more
Bought a 2004 wrangler for my son here. Got a good deal. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Makes me happy to drive by in my jeep and see all the other jeeps parked all over the place....NICE!
