I've hired ben three times and have never been disappointed. He handled the creation of my living estate. He handled the creation of a contract for one-off workers. He explained the methods and processes in making a tricky software business with a partner. In all cases he was prompt clear, polite, and effective with my time. For the living estate he gave me a book he wrote so i could ingest a lot of information before we spoke. Now that is being economical for everyone.

Knowledgable attorney, and good at working with a group. We hired Benjamin Premack to help our Coalition update our bylaws. He identified areas where the document could be strengthened, and suggested language that was clear and easy to read. As important, however, he worked well with first a subcommittee to listen to our goals for the revisions, and then worked with our full board to explain the proposal and develop a final, approved version. We had an excellent experience, and highly recommend his services.
