SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A person came out and "Performed the inspection". I never received an appraisal and they wont answer the phone. I tried calling the person that came out to do the inspection and they acted like we've never met. They had me pay through cash app. Total scam

I had my pre-listing appraisal done and the report was well written and helped my to get over asking price. All of my renovations and updates were accounted for properly.
