Honesty is rare … Terry was so honest and on time. I explained to him about the issue and he told me what I needed to check first before he could do any work and cost me money for nothing. I will do the test he advised me to and give him a call to let him know if he needs to come back or if the problem was solved. I was very happy with The Power Doctor. Terry not only worked HARD but he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He let me know what was going on every step of the way. He fixed everything that I needed done as well as diagnosed a Georgia Power equipment issue that would have caused major problems had he not noticed what was wrong. With his help, Georgia Power was out within 30 minutes to repair it. I will be hiring Terry again in the future and recommend him to my friends and family.
