Honesty is rare … Terry was so honest and on time. I explained to him about the issue and he told me what I needed to check first before he could do any work and cost me money for nothing. I will do the test he advised me to and give him a call to let him know if he needs to come back or if the problem was solved. I have had a good number of contractors and never has anyone told me to test something I could can do myself first before they did any work that was going to cost me for something so simple.
